INFORMATION PLEASE READ
CAREFULLY
Firstly, you must obtain an RMA (Returned Materials Authorisation) number
before returning any goods. This will require the completion of the online RMA
form available here
PLEASE
NOTE.
Any
goods returned to Garden Nights not displaying the authorised RMA number will
be rejected and sent back to the customer.
The
correct procedure for obtaining an RMA number is outlined below:
1)
Visit our website at www.gardennights.co.uk
2)
Click on our “returns policy” link
3)
Complete the RMA form including a detailed reason for
the return and Email it to us.
4)
Once we have processed your RMA form an Email will be
sent releasing an RMA number. In some circumstances additional information
maybe required.
The correct
procedure for returning the goods is outlined below:
1)
It is important that you include everything the product
originally came with (Box, manuals, fixings and cables).
2)
All goods returned incomplete will not be processed.
3)
When returning goods it is imperative that you package
the product securely using the original packaging where possible reducing the
risks of goods becoming damaged in transit.
4)
Please write the address label clearly as shown below:

It is imperative that you return your product by
Recorded Delivery. This will require a signature confirming our Returns
Department have received it.

It is also very important that you retain the receipt
from the courier (Royal Mail etc..)

IF YOUR PRODUCT HAS BEEN
FULLY TESTED AND FOUND TO BE "NOT
FAULTY" THE PRODUCT WILL BE
RETURNED TO YOU BUT ONLY ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED FULL PAYMENT COVERING THE COSTS
OF OUR STANDARD CARRIAGE FEES.
